As we venture into our 5th year in publication, It’s Her Brand Magazine is introducing a NEW business model that is unlike anything you’ve ever seen! This new business model is a GAME CHANGER in the world of publications and launched with our Jan|Feb|Mar 2022 issue. A new round of Advertising Grants will be awarded with every newly published issue.
Our new business model will feature our NEW Advertising Grant Program. Through this program, IHBM is now a 100% FREE Advertising Platform for female-led 1) small businesses, 2) nonprofits, and 3) community events in North Dakota!
Yes!!!! You read that right!!!! FREE!!!!! IHBM is now a 100% FREE Advertising Platform!!! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? That means that we NO LONGER sell advertisements in our publication! Instead, IHBM now provides FREE advertising opportunities to female-led 1) small businesses, 2) nonprofits, and 3) community events in North Dakota and bordering cities!
Our new Advertising Grants are offered in two tiers. Tier 1 is a 1-year $3,000 Advertising Grant for small business and nonprofits, and Tier 2 is a 6-month $1,500 Advertising Grant for community events. With every newly published issue, we will provide up to 8 small businesses, 4 nonprofits, and/or 2 community events with FREE ADVERTISING! That’s a total of up to $10,500 in new FREE advertising with every new issue of IHBM!
The intentions of these grants are to 1) help establish a new female-led small business start-up or nonprofit, 2) help re-establish an existing female-led small business or nonprofit that was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, and/or 3) help promote an upcoming female-led community event.

“Motivated by my own struggles and inspired by the determined and hopeful spirit of fellow female-led businesses, I wanted to find a unique and significantly meaningful way to lead by example and utilize my own resources to create opportunities that would contribute to the success and the impact that female-led small businesses, nonprofits, and community events are able to make throughout our state and beyond.” ~ Ashley Rae, IHBM Founder|Owner
